Alaska is a great place.
the mountain
the snow pack
are more than you can which for.
All hopes concetrated in time and space.
I need a couple days, no less.
i need a couple turns, some jumps.
Let me show you what I do, not quite.
Not yet, not enough days.

This year I skied some line.
Jump some cliff.
I'm filming for a 2 year project.

Gold and Bronze at Gullblyanten 2008

Whiteout won Gold for Graphic Design and Bronze for Art Direction at the Norwegian advertising competition Gullblyanten.

MEGAPARK OPPDAL NORWAY

MegaPark will be gathering international ski-, snowboard-, camera and video masters to five days of fun in the park. From 20th through 24th of March 2009, they will play together with huge kickers and innovative park elements at Oppdal, Norway.

The Whiteout team is representative through Even Sigstad and Ida Amble as instructors. Furthermore Johan Berg the youngest Whiteout team member will be there together Dedicated Pictures to get footage for their new video project.

RED BULL PLAY STREETS

In front of over 10.000 spectators in Bad Gastein, Austria, Comrade Patrick Hollaus was doing one of his best competitions so far this season. With his 4th place at Red Bull Play Streets he missed the podium but brought himself once again into the international spotlights.

Patrick did in his semi –final run nose 3 on the hip, cork 7 reverse mute to backslap on the table, cork 7 on the step down, and backside switch up, front side switch up, 270 out of the box. It was not enough for the finals but Patrick was stoked - like always - about his performance!

Second time in a row Comrade Patrick Hollaus won the title "Austrian Champ".

He showed a 270 Nose out at the Box and a super stylish Corl 900 Tail Grap to Switch 1080 True Mute combination on the kicker line.

Finally, some snow back home, after skiing on ice for a week its been a good change to finally get some real snow underneath my skiis. Just came back from a superfun day in Hafjell, shredding around with comrade-Jå9 and some other friends.

And finally I`m on the Whiteout blog! It took me a while to get myself a google account and log on. (It actually took me 2 min to do that, but around 2 weeks to "prepare" myself...)

So from now on, check back If you want to know what Im doing, or if Im not doing anything at all. Maybe I have some fun photos or movieclips to show you too.

Looks like the Black logo tee works as a canvass. I personalized a tee while waiting for my frozen dinner to be ready in the oven, waiting for food to change temperatures is pretty boring by the way.

I'm definitely making more of these, this was fun!

I just love writing "first" on messageboards, it shows other people that I'm the first person to comment something, and that's important.
This is the first blogpost on the new Whiteout Unestablished Blog. I can't say what the other contributors will do, but it will most likely be whiteout related with a personal touch.
Me on the other hand will keep it pretty unestablished, but still relevant, don't want to lose your interest after all.
